Enowoghomwenma, Ph.D.
Enowoghomwenma, Ph.D. hails from Egor Local Government Area of Edo State, Nigeria. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration with a focus on innovations and Quality Assurance in Education, an M.Ed. in
Educational Management, and a B.Ed. in Political Science and Public Administration.
With over 20 years of experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors, Dr. Enowoghomwenma has
developed expertise in: -Administration/Human Resources – Advocacy & Campaigning Refugees/IDPS/Stateless – Disaster Risk Reduction – Education -Innovations and Assurance in Education
Quality – Humanitarian & Emergency Relief – Youth/Children development
He has held various roles, including lecturer, teacher, facilitator, and administrator, in institutions such as: –
Edo State College of Education (Lecturer and Director of Academic Planning and Quality Assurance) -University of Benin (Senior Lecturer, Adjunct, Department of Educational Management, Faculty of Education) – National Teachers Institute (Centre Manager and Examiner) – National Open University of
Nigeria (Examiner)
Dr. Enowoghomwenma is a registered teacher with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) and has published articles in learned journals and book chapters. He is also a Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) scholar and alumnus.


Dr. Rasheed Oyakhire
Dr. Rasheed Oyakhire is a distinguished educator with a passion for innovative learning and leadership. He holds a National Certificate in Education (NCE) from the now-defunct College of Education, Ekiadolor- Benin, a Bachelor’s degree in Education (B. Ed), a Masters in Education (M.Ed) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.), all from the prestigious University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. Thereby, consolidating his expertise in the area of pedagogy, curriculum design, and educational research. Furthermore, Dr. Rasheed holds an Advanced Diploma in Sports Management from the NOC/IOC, as well as a Diploma in Olympic Education studies, from the International Olympic Academy (IOA), Olympia, Greece. With a career spanning over a decade, Dr. Oyakhire has made significant contributions to education, sports, and culture, with numerous publications in local, national, and international journals. Dr. Oyakhire is a member of several learned and professional organizations both within Nigeria and outside Nigeria. Dr. Oyakhire is currently the Acting Dean of the School of Physical, Health Education and Special Education, Afuze campus, EDOCOE.

With a rich blend of experience in the education and corporate sectors, Obehi Ogbeta is a seasoned professional dedicated to fostering growth and development in the field of education. Armed with a B.Ed in Religion, Counseling Psychology from the University of Benin, as well as a degree in Educador en la Fe from Anáhuac University, Mexico, Obehi Ogbeta brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Having played a pivotal role at NewGlobe (EdTech company) as a trainer and school supervisor, Obehi Ogbeta has been instrumental in driving the professional development of educators and overseeing
government-owned schools. With extensive experience in both the public and private educational sectors in Nigeria,

Obehi Ogbeta has contributed significantly to educational policies and the supervision of standardized
examinations, Currently a lecturer at Edo State College of Education, Obehi Ogbeta continues to guide students and educators toward academic excellence while also providing freelance counseling, focusing on mental health awareness and therapeutic practices. With a strong proficiency in development, and an M.Ed in curriculum instructional strategies, and student engagement, Obehi Ogbeta is committed to leading innovative change and fostering positive growth in the educational landscape


Gracious Ojiebun, Ph.D.,
Senior Lecturer, Edo State College of Education, Benin City. Dr. Gracious Ojiebun is a distinguished French language expert with a passion for teaching and research. She holds a Ph.D. in French from the University of Ibadan, complemented by an M.Phil. in French from the same institution, an M.A. in French from the
University of Benin, a B.A. in French (Upper Division) from Delta State University, Abraka, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, and a Diplômed’Études en Langue Française (DELF) B2. With extensive experience in French language teaching and research, Dr. Ojiebun
has significantly contributed to the academic and professional growth of students in French studies. Her research has been published in numerous national and international journals, covering various aspects of French language, literature, and pedagogy. Dr. Ojiebun is an active member
of several esteemed academic and professional organizations, including Nigerian University French Teachers Association – Inter-college French Teachers Association of Nigeria
Her commitment to advancing French language education in Nigeria and beyond is evident through her contributions to these organizations.
