Prof. (Mrs) Roseline O. Osagie is a Professor of Educational Planning and Management. She is the Ag Provost of Edo State College of Education(Multi-Campus), Edo State.
She is a member of the Nigerian Association of Educational Administrators and Planners(NAEAP), the Association of Academic Planners of Nigerian Universities (AAPNU), and the Common Wealth Association of Educational Administration and Management (CCEAM).
She is also a member of the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Management in Education. (IJMIE).
