APPOINTMENT OF PROVOST, EDO STATE COLLEGE OF EDUCATION.
The Edo State Government wishes to announce that His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, Executive Governor of Edo State, has approved the appointment of Dr. Victoria Oare Okojie as the Provost, Edo State College of Education.
Dr. Okojie is a highly accomplished Educationist and Administrator with extensive experience in tertiary education management, academic leadership, and policy development. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Geography), a Master of Library Studies, an M.Sc. in Geography, and a Ph.D in Library and Information Science.
Dr. Okojie has served in various academic and strategic leadership capacities within higher education, contributing significantly to institutional development, policy formulation, curriculum advancement, research, and quality assurance.
Dr. Okojie brings to the office a wealth of scholarly insight, institutional knowledge, and a proven track record of service excellence, which will be instrumental in repositioning the College for academic distinction, effective governance, and improved teacher education outcomes.
