I am an education professional passionate about helping people learn, grow, and thrive. My journey started in Nigeria’s basic and secondary education system, where I taught in classrooms, supported students as a counsellor, and supervised schools during major examinations. Each role deepened my understanding of what it means to truly make an impact in education.

Over time, I moved into higher education, taking on roles as a lecturer and head of department at a college of education. These experiences sharpened not just my academic and leadership skills but also my ability to manage programs and support both staff and students effectively.

Outside the traditional classroom, I have worked in the EduTech space with organisations like NewGlobe—training teachers, ensuring quality standards, and helping schools deliver better learning outcomes. I have also earned certifications in empathy, emotional intelligence, quality assurance, the Blackboard LMS, and career coaching, which have helped me connect more meaningfully with students and colleagues.

Currently, at Edo State College of Education, I bring together my background in teaching, leadership, and counselling to guide students, support innovation, and build stronger educational programs. I am committed to creating learning environments where people are not just educated, but empowered.
